 Patrick
Bourny produced a spectacular World first during the first Truck
Championship on the Paul Ricard circuit in 1984. His truck was driven
balanced on the back wheels.
The driver
keeps it balanced by a subtle and speedy game of acceleration, clutch
control and braking. He can thus cover all the length of the track,
slalom, do U-turns and even make his truck dance in time to Viennese
waltzes.
Duration: 30 minutes twice a day or 20 minutes
3 times a day
Track: Asphalt is best but any section of road with a packed
down upper
part is suitable
This truck was entirely designed and improved by the Team Bourny.
But four had to be built before the ultimate truck was born. A 10
tons truck with a V8 engine of 15000 cm3 pumped up to 600 horse
power. This stunt has been use for movie : James Bond "License
to Kill".
He
loves to play with his public.
Minimum length X Minimum width: 60 meters X 5 meters
